MyPrint and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully

Customers uploading and using artworks uploaded by themselves acknowledge rightful ownership of the copyright/trademark (if applicable) for the images and artworks or that they have express permission from the registered owner/creator of the artwork to use it. These artworks may be logos, photographs, slogans, drawings or any other recognisable materials that may be trademarked or copyrighted. While MyPrint attempts to verify ownership and question customers as to the origin of any such artwork it may not be possible to verify ownership in every instance. In this case responsibility remains with the customer to prove ownership of the said artwork. It is the duty of the customer using these said uploaded artworks (this does not include artworks in the MyPrint Image Library) to ensure that they legally have the right to use them. MyPrint reserves the right to question customers regarding the origin and ownership of any artwork that said customer uploads for use in their own designs and following on from this MyPrint may cancel an order if there is enough doubt to do so. Use of designs, slogans, or logos that are in breach of any copyright acts will not be produced and the right to refuse reproduction belongs to MyPrint Limited.

As far as is reasonably possible MyPrint will not print any design which is in blatant breach of the law of the country of New Zealand. Such designs may contain reference to, or be in support of illegal acts, or may be defamatory slogans or images relating to a third party. Examples of illegal material not permitted would be reference to, or images of, child pornography, non-consensual sexual acts, or any other serious crimes covered by the laws of New Zealand. MyPrint reserves the right to refuse reproduction of such designs and may be forced (under New Zealand law) to report such infringements to the relevant authorities.

We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
